There is no story but you are ranking up as you win and opponents get harder. The "main" mode - or at least the best mode to train characters is treasure hunt mode. It is like Injustice/Mortal combat - you have story animations and in between them fight with determined characters. It is not like in Tekken 3 where you play arcade over and over and get different animation at the end. Watch out - you don't choose characters in story mode. Imho it is even better than classical arcade since you can play it longer with one character.Īh, well I'll probably play the story anyway to at get the bear basic more familiar (and I do love an over the top story) then some treasure hunting! yarrr. Thanks for help =) Watch out - you don't choose characters in story mode. Think I'll give it a go, I imagine even if I can't fathon ranked I'll get plenty of enjoyments worth against the AI and friends anyway. Spent most of the day watching Super Couch Fighters to learn basics like corkscrews, homing attacks, and just generally lots of little things, like that against new players it seems you just block the second they enter rage and they'll probably waste it.
